OriZone Launches AI Interface to Simplify Access to the ORIZON DeFAI Ecosystem

The ORIZON ecosystem has introduced OriZone, an AI-powered interface designed to help users navigate decentralized finance more easily, marking the protocol’s first step toward integrating artificial intelligence into its broader DeFAI infrastructure.

Released as a minimum viable product (MVP), OriZone aims to address one of the persistent challenges in decentralized systems: complexity. As DeFi platforms expand, users often encounter fragmented documentation, unfamiliar terminology, and multi-step processes spread across different dashboards and tools. According to the ORIZON dev team, OriZone is intended to act as a real-time assistant that helps interpret these systems and guide users through the protocol.

“OriZone is designed to reduce the learning curve around decentralized products,” said Freddy Olsen, Head of AI at ORIZON. “The goal is not to replace user decision-making but to make the ecosystem easier to understand, especially for people entering DeFi for the first time.”

The interface works as an AI-driven guide embedded within the ORIZON ecosystem. Rather than requiring users to search through external documentation or community channels, OriZone provides explanations directly within the platform, translating technical features and mechanics into more accessible language. Users can ask questions about ecosystem components, explore product functions, and receive contextual explanations without leaving the interface.

User experience has become an increasingly important topic across the crypto industry as decentralized platforms grow more complex. While DeFi has introduced new financial primitives and permissionless infrastructure, onboarding remains difficult for many participants, particularly those unfamiliar with blockchain mechanics. Projects across the sector have begun experimenting with AI tools and conversational interfaces to bridge that gap.

OriZone reflects that trend, positioning itself as an interface layer rather than a protocol controller. The system does not execute transactions or manage user assets. Instead, it focuses on helping users interpret what they are seeing within the ecosystem and understand how different features connect. By providing contextual guidance, the ORIZON team says the interface is intended to lower barriers of entry and reduce reliance on scattered documentation.

The MVP version currently functions as an AI assistant capable of explaining ORIZON’s ecosystem components, guiding users through product flows, and providing quick answers about protocol mechanics. The function is accessible through the protocol’s dapp and is integrated into the broader ORIZON user journey, allowing participants to move between the dashboard, OriZone’s AI interface, and ecosystem exploration without leaving the platform.

While the current release focuses primarily on onboarding and user clarity, ORIZON describes the launch as part of a longer-term effort to integrate artificial intelligence into decentralized finance. The approach is sometimes referred to as “DeFAI,” a concept that combines AI-driven interfaces with DeFi infrastructure.

According to the team, future development of OriZone may include more contextual guidance based on where users are within the ecosystem, personalized interface experiences, deeper analytics interpretation, and potentially visual or avatar-based interfaces designed to make interaction with decentralized systems more intuitive.

Over time, ORIZON envisions OriZone evolving beyond a simple assistant into what it describes as an “intelligence layer” that helps users navigate decentralized applications more efficiently.

OriZone is currently available through the ORIZON protocol dapp as the first public release of the project’s AI interface.
